Westside Community Update Plan will Destroy OUR Neighborhood!
It is State Sponsored Developer Domicide! The latest iteration of the Westside Community Plan Update from the City will change our entire neighborhood's zoning to R2 from R1.
Lots along Bundy and Centinela will be rezoned as R3, allowing over 10 story buildings!
We are within one mile of a metro, which means developers get an automatic density bonus!! That means taller apartment buildings and more houses per lot!
Mayor Bass has implemented ED1, which will allow apartments to be build in any R2 lot without review and without requirement for parking nor normal set-backs.
This is just modernday Redlining by the City and State.
