In the City of Los Angeles each council district has a Councilperson, or in our case, a Councilwoman. Nothing happens the the district unless the Councilwoman approves of it. Thus, if our neighborhood is to be upzoned, then only Councilwoman Park can allow this. That is why it is crucial that you write to her office and let her know that you are opposed to this upzoning!
